Trendesigners offers:

App Development: Android, iOS, and cross-platform applications.
IT Solutions: Cloud systems, automation tools, and sector-specific software.
Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media management, and content creation.

All services are subject to availability and formalized through project-specific agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding.
Use our services lawfully, without infringing intellectual property or distributing harmful content.
Not reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems, servers, or networks.
Maintain backups of your data; we are not liable for data loss or corruption.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Prices are outlined in service-specific contracts or our Pricing Page.
Invoicing: Invoices are payable within 15 days. Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest charge.
Refunds: No refunds for completed work. Partial refunds for canceled projects are at our discretion.
Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT in Cameroon).

5. Intellectual Property

Our Ownership: We retain rights to pre-existing materials, tools, and templates used in deliverables.
Your License: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Third-Party Content: You warrant ownership or legal rights to any content (e.g., logos, text) provided to us.

6. Termination

We may terminate services if you:

Breach these Terms.
Fail to pay invoices.
Engage in illegal activities or harm our reputation.

Termination does not absolve you of outstanding payments.

7. Disclaimers

As-Is Basis: Services are provided without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free performance.
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, social media APIs).
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is capped at fees paid for the affected service.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Mediation: Parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation.
