By engaging with our services, you confirm that:

4. User Obligations

5. Payments & Refunds

Pricing: Fees are outlined in your service agreement or on our Pricing Page.
Invoicing: Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee.
Refunds: No refunds for completed work. Partial refunds for canceled projects are at our discretion.
Taxes: Prices exclude VAT or other taxes applicable in Cameroon.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: We retain ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, and templates used in deliverables.
Your Rights: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for intended purposes.
Third-Party Content: You warrant that any content provided to us (e.g., logos, text) is legally yours or licensed.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you:

Breach these Terms.
Fail to pay invoices.
Engage in illegal or harmful activities.

You may terminate services by written notice, subject to outstanding payments.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: Services are provided without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for platforms like Mobile Money gateways or social media APIs.
Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant updates will be notified via email or website banner.
